100-110 Vulcans in Luna or maybe DoD
120-150 Oblivion Temple Golem Quests + AOE/Lure those golems.
130-160 Luna Temple MCs and various AOE rooms
140-160 Shady Jungle Turak AOE spot
160-210 Sikuku Prison R1 R2 R3 R4
160-180 Marsh of ghosts Lure/AOE Miners
190-210 Ruins, pick any spider spot, maybe sikuku's + boss
200-220 Wastelands, Scorpions, Pack Leaders, Terrasaur.

Thats some of the spots I choose, dont shoot me on missing a lvl were certain mobs may turn blue needing you to move on. Im sure it can be faster if you stick to one spot in Luna Temple or Oblivion Temple and begin/stay as soon and long as you can.
