My client won't update.

It keeps stopping at Failed to unpack 2011-4-6data_gm_exe.rgz file. As well as giving me a popup error message stating it failed to write file. PatchClient/Thumbs.db

UPDATE: Fixed it by manually patching.

Close the patch client and delete PatchClient\Thumbs.db.

Does this mean the servers are online now? I'm trying to connect and getting "failed to connect to server". Anyone playing?

cant find thumbs.db in my patchclient folder...
i downloaded the manual patch and when i extract it the thumb.db is gone... like vanished...
i turned off my AV, still the same thing
i tried to look for hidden files and still no thumb.db in my patchclient folder... can any1 help me T.T

My client patches an all and i get logged onto RO. I log in and can pick my server but after that it just says "Failed to connect to server". I have no clue what it is. Any ideas?

Ah sorry i think i poseted in the wrong topic. I just got a link over here and didnt look at the name of it. My bad

I just delete patchclient folder and it works...

Once you do that, the patch window will look really weird but once you patch and exit, it'll return to normal.

Uuugh.. Having the same problem with that .rgz file, but the popup is ragnarok.exe. I tried deleting the patchclient file, as well as manually patching, and I'm having the same issue still.. :|

Try restarting your computer, one of the step I did that somehow helps...

I fixed it.. I was "manually patching" it with the files on the FTP. I grabbed the VIP patch from here, http://irowiki.org/w...nts_and_Patches and now it's running fine. Thank you anyway. :>

Here the link for iRO_VIPF2P_Manual_Patch-201104061516.zip from the official website (It seen some one forgot to insert back the link to the Manual Patch..aftet they change the web page here.lol)

Just do this it will save all Ur hassle

# Download the Manual Patch..
# Extract it into your Ragnarok Installation folder, default is
"C:\Program Files\Gravity\Ragnarok Online Renewal\".
# Run the new Ragnarok.exe to patch and play as normal.
