I've played RO ages ago when I was still a kid, and always had good memories about it.
Now with Ygg server going free to play I felt that it might be quite fun starting out again on a somewhat fresh server.
So together with a friend (who has some old memories about the game too) I decided to start out with the game again.
This time it's getting serious though http://forums.warppo...tyle_emoticons/default/happy.gif.

To be honest I never got really high back in those days, and thinking out builds wasn't anything I bothered with, I just had fun heh.
But years go by and people change, so this time I'd like to make a better thought out characters, that ll be more min/maxed.

Personally I don't mind playing any characters, enjoy any play style and, ll get good with whatever I play sooner or later anyway.
My friend REALLY doesn't want to play any support character though, but has no real objections other then that, he somewhat prefers physical over magic but that's not a huge deal.

So here's the deal.
I've been reading up on classes like a madman, but just can't figure out what would make a good 2 man party in the long run, especially with all these renewal changes.
(We plan on partying together 100% of the time. Meaning not playing those same characters when one of us is offline)
Pve is our main occupation, and maybe WoE someday, 1 vs 1 pvp etc isn't much of a concern here.
What would be a good class combination for us to pick

Think of your best 2 class set up!

Help us out please

the fastest lvling pair would be tawkondo kid and a priest, taewkondo kid doesnt need weapon for attacks, so u dont need to stress your self finding gear for it in the early gaming.

Id say Knight/priest maby? :( learn to aoe farm with a priest supporting you, once you reborn you can think of a spec that suits your playstyle. ^^

me and my bro started out with crusader/bard, was a bit interesting. :)
Gotta say, its good for yah that you didnt look deep into stats and builds, I didnt either (not to much atleast) since there is so many huge changes your mind is fresh and not stuck on old ideas. ^^

But well, play the characters that you want to play, every combo works, some are just a bit better on some aspects. :)

Dual rogue, or bard/dancer can be interesting. ;D
