Add a Summoner's Class for Mage > Wiz > Summoner (Summons monsters/npcs to help level) ...
Sorcerors can already do this.

>.> Why not remove the drop range penalty for VIP users altogether? Wouldn't that be more fun rather than killing yourself??Give us the ability to toggle VIP on/off so that I can kill myself to lose exp faster. Staying within drop range of monsters is such a pain when you only lose 1% per death.

I've asked heim about that before and he said they can't remove the drop penalty.

How about some jxp quests? Seriously....there's barely NO quests for jxp that repeatable...
Take advantage of the Medusa/harpy/Thor turn in events then? They lasted quite sometime and give job exp. So hop too it.
These bypass quests you speak of would get rid of the many fun quests that come with them. Thor Volcano quest. Getting down to save that little boys sister. And when you finished it finally you got a great amount of exp reward for it! Same for nameless. Do the quest and get the exp. Not hard. You can do both quests within an hour. Also a bypass in Thanatos Tower would mean an easy mvp kill. Get pretty much up the tower and kill him over and over. No one likes to walk but its how all mvp's I think should be. Mvp's are the boss of dungeons. I feel a chain like area to get to them would be more fun considering it would less camping and whatnot.
On another note +20 stat foods seems like little much. Esp if an npc just gives you them in game. I would rather it be a kafra item. OR make it in the cooking quest and make the rate of making them fairly low.

~Turtle dun turn in quest b4 renewal would really be nice~
-we get exp upon killing but npc quest will give 2x more than that if a party is full (12 people)

I think VIP's should get a +1 to safe refining level for all gear.
I would pay for vip for this alone.

Anyway, I'm quite happy with this but I hope there will be more improvement in the trading system. 1st, you need a merchant with enough job lvls to vend and after setting up shop, that account is pretty much idle. Why not start an auction house for VIPs so we can get the NPCs to vend stuff for us and zeny just pops up in our mailbox. Also, the 100M cap on vending items can be increased to at least 1B for VIP as most pro gears are easily above 100M value.
Either that or make 1M Zeny notes available for VIP only to facilitate trade worth more than 1B. This will further prevent scams and other unethical trade behaviours.

You know what I want in my VIP, I want to have an npc that lets stalkers/shadow chasers copy skills without the hassle of having to make alts. Is that a reasonable request, or do I need to keep making characters simply to copy skills?
Yes please! I've had trouble with this for years. Its too difficult to experiment with various 3rd class skills under the current system. I would even pay KP for this service.

I was perfectly content to pay a fixed price for a period of play. After Kafra shop was introduced, that was kinda nice, I splurged and got a couple of cute hats like the majestic goat and the vacation hat. From time to time I would spend a little and get manuals or giant flywings, and maybe a box of dex & luk stat foods for when I wanted to do some potting. I quit for awhile and came back to every other month lucky boxes. They're fun and all to open in the hopes of getting good stuff, but they still don't really sit right with me. (in the spirit of full disclosure I probably spent about $250 on lucky boxes this time around because of the sunglasses; usually it's about $30)
I understand that the game needs to generate revenue and people are cheap and cry if you try to charge them for things, especially if they could just go to a pserver and be god-like there for free. Now it's just like, the game is free to play, but if you want to do x, y, and z, you need to go vip, if you want to do a, b, or c, you need to buy this special item from the shop.
The stat foods in the Kafra shop were both a good and a bad thing to me. Good because I could plunk down a little bit of money and have some to aid in potting things and bad because the cooking system that I had looked forward to for so long was rendered pretty much useless. Player-created stat foods are rendered doubly useless now since there is a stat buffer as a perk, in addition to the foods that already exist in the kafra shop.
The VIP on Ygg and Ymir are not entirely the same and I haven't had the patience to work out what exactly is different because the information on the website is confusing and I started getting pissy once I started spotting differences. I shouldn't have to figure this out, the VIP should be the same on both servers, it's priced the same. Before the changeover, the basic benefit to playing on either of the premium servers was the same, so I don't really understand why they had to change it.
It's like, oh hey, we're going to keep Ygg on as a fresh-start premium server without God items, so those who are interested, knock yourselves out! Then, they change it down the road to, oh hey, we're going to restrict some of the things on this server now that we've gone free to play, but if you want full access to this stuff, you can move your account over to the Ymir server, which totally runs counter to the fresh start thing it was promoted as. Yes, I understand the reasoning behind making it an open server with 3 free slots to create characters to help the population grow, but don't see how mirroring Ymir's VIP would have a negative impact on anything.
Due to life, I had stopped playing sometime around the end of February and returned mid-April, so I missed whatever the free transfer from Ygg to Ymir was about. To the best of my knowledge, there wasn't any sort of email sent out to recently used accounts to alert them of the upgoing changes or to make them aware of this knowledge, so even if I had been interested in going back to Ymir, I didn't know about the offer. I only happened to come back to see what was going on when I had more free time for leisure activities and was curious to know if/when the free-to-play was going to come about.
I know, this is really long and wordy and you might dismiss it as crying or whatever, but I'm just not happy with how things turned out. I'd just like to pay a fixed amount and maybe some extra for fun things to enhance gameplay, get the rates I had before and access the stuff I could access before, without having to keep track of what I can do or where I can go, or worry about if the people that I'm playing with or trying to help are on a free or VIP and figure out what I/we/they can do together or separately.
I also know this is like spitting in the wind, since the current model for online games is free to play with optional pay to win items. Free to play reels the players in and since they're not having to pay a set subscription, they get tricked into the mindset that they don't actually "pay" for this game and end up spending a far greater amount on the cash shop than they would have paid for a subscription. Which is funny because it seems the people who cry the most about a subscription fee are usually the big cash shop spenders. At least, in my experience it seems like that.
Ok. I'm done.
edit: oh wait, I'm not done. The fresh start on the Ygg server thing was also nixed by allowing transfers of items from other servers into Ygg. Nothing says fresh start like moving over highly upgraded carded gear and limited gears that are currently not available on the server outside of an inward transfer. (yet again, in the spirit of full disclosure I did move some things, but the stew was already fouled so to speak, and it wasn't my doing. if you REALLY want to know what I moved I'd be happy to list items - apart from the WCP it would've been good stuff circa 2006, but sadly, it's not 2006 anymore, lol.)

If a 30 minute Agi buff was added to the food buffs I'd never go without VIP.
Just sayin'.
...erm, isn't there already an agi buff on it?
