Heimdallr stated on the forums prior to the website-takeover fiasco that All winners of +9 Crown of deceit upgrading event will receive unlimited VIP status on their accounts. However it seems that I, one of the winners, do not have VIP status on the account that was used for the upgrading event.
Did the GM team's stance change or did they simply just overlook this?
