One of my freind cannot connect or patch or open web portal or support or forums in Mumbai with Airtel ISP since 6th April Maintanance. I request GMs to please look into the matter. I think they have blocked the IP of the Airtel ISP.
I request you to please do the needful. Cannot put the query on support as that guy is cannot connect to support.

Well thanks for the link you have given. If the IP is blocked how the tracert going to work, it will give request timed out

If RO blocked your friend's IP, he should still be able to access the support page. If he cannot access the support page then that mean there is a linking problem(s) between him and RO. It would be an internet issue(s). By doing a tracert, it'll give a trace or a link from him to RO and find out which server is not connecting him to RO.
Hopes this clear up thing.
