* Freeze Chance: 70% / 65% / 60% / 50% / 45% / 40% / 35% / 30% / 25%

- Updated balance of the skill safety wall.

* When taking damage higher than the health of the safety wall, excess damage will no longer be passed to the player.

That will be nice if iro is going to implement this patch. at least this will surely give more ways to defense gfist to those fragile classes like warlock -_- *+9kvm gfist is just too fast even in madragora howling. That's why kro implemented this patch!!
And I like the change in stormgust too!

Encourage iro to implement this patch!!!!!!!! B)

Warlocks can WI on ourselves and protect us from GFist but this update is a must...

I think this update probably came after the ranger patch, and we have been requesting the ranger patch for six months now. Lets see If and when we get this.

What? Guaranteed melee damage nullification while standing in Safety Wall? This is quite relevant to my interests.

The skill will remain as it is now but we will be getting no "piercing" effect from it... so that's cool... specially against those insta-gfist

Rune Knight Rune Abilities

Verkana Rune

- Duration changed from 300s to 180s

Rhydo Rune

- Changed from a targeted skill to a buff. When used, your next attack will cast crush strike. After casting the effect is removed. Weapon breaking chance changed. Buff lasts 30 seconds.

Nosiege Rune

- After being used you cannot be affected by status effects for 60 seconds. HP recovery set to 25%.
- Removes the following Debuffs: Stun, Silence, Curse, Petrify, Poison, Blind, Bleeding, Chaos, Freeze, Cold, Lock, Burning, Guillotine Cross Poison, Marsh of Abyss, Howling of Mandragora.

Turisus Rune

- Duration time is Changed.

Hagalas Rune

- Duration time and Magic defense increase is affected by Job Lv and Rune Mastery level.

Isia Rune

Urj Rune

Guillotine Cross

Dark Illusion

- Range is changed (4 + (Skill Level) cell increase)

Rolling Cutter

- Damage formula is changed.
- Caster's BaseLv increases damage.
- At level 5 the radius is increased (3 x 3 -> 5 x 5)

Arch Bishop

- SP cost is increased. (280 / 320 / 360)
- Higher JobLv increases the Str/Int/Dex given (1 ~ 5 bonus stats).

Canto Canditus

- SP Cost is changed. (200 / 220 / 240)

Coluceo Heal

Infrared Scan

Wow... amazing... so many nerfs to Sorcerers (Striking bonus', elemental PW cast time, fixed cast times being increased). Also they increase the AoE for rolling cutter to 5x5 but not Counterslash (the skill out of the two that knocks monsters out of its range).

We'd better be getting a free reset after that patch.

I see why they doing that tho, throw EB on 1-1 novie and you one shot stuff with a knife dont think they ment for that hah but then you never know

I'm happy that bishops get to be able to recover status again. Not being able to cure the new status in any possible way was annoying. Expiatio changing to be a targetted buff does help too, since support bishops are forced to get the skill as a prerequisite, might as well make it useful...

I would only wish clearance was usable on any target too, and everything would be perfect xP.

Also, finally, they are fixing the sacrament bug @@

Hahaha so now instead of sorcerers doing -_-ty damage with fast cast times, now they're going to do -_-ty damage with much longer cast times? Brilliant.I hope every sorcerer has striking, because that's all you'll be doing in WoE once this patch hits. Striking and warmer :blink: unite!

um..... only one of the sorc skill changes were listed as increased cast time, everything else is listed as a "change". wait until things get tested before you begin to make assumptions.

Hundred Spear - Damage formula changed.
Gloomy will work with hundred spear.
I hope hundred spear will do better damage to have some slightly more varied RK builds.
