Since Heim mentioned in another thread that server transfer should be back up next week or at least very soon, I would like to know what the conditions are so I can decide and prepare to apply for such server transfer. Is there a place for official rules for server transfer and whether the conditions will be loosen a bit now that server difference is lessened?

server transfers were restricted to prevent an influx of botted goods, the situation hasnt changed so I would hope the transfer restrictions arent lessened. so 1 of each card, no misc items 3 of each armor and 4 of each weapon, no items that can be NPC'd to bypass the zeni limit.
