Why is ticket response so slow?

They checked your account and realized that you haven't bought enough KP to be put on priority....
Well, I think they don't answer tickets during weekends. I notice that they only answer them Mon-Friday, but I may be wrong. Or just refer to my first answer .

Did you post a ticket that required an answer? or just something to be done. Because I sent a ticket on thursday...They didn't answer but they clearly did what they were supposed to since I can see the forum from home (my home IP was banned from forum for some reason /hmm)

I have a horrible feeling half the tickets open right now have to do with at least one of the following:
-Someone lets their premium sub run out and is opening a ticket because kafra won't teleport them.
-People in magma2 threatening to report people spamming teleport to get to the front, for mob training. (I kid you not)
-How 'good' the non-VIP warps look to the VIP players.
-'Why isn't the pet error fixed?'
-Someone let their VIP run out and is reporting lower exp as a glitch.
