For the LONGEST period of time, Christopher in Geffen and any other blacksmith NPC that sells oridecon hammers seriously needa to be updated so that he sells more than just ONE item at a time. Is stupid that I have to spend 15-20 minutes to get a decent amount of hammers for forging. I know there are very few forgers around, but maybe if getting the hammers required wasn't so much of a pain in the ass more forgers would actually forge stuff.
(that and there needs to be a forging update so that Ranked forged goods are worth something)

+1 on Christopher needing an update so you can buy larger quantities of forging hammers at once.

Why not make all npcs that use that system to buy items just a normal shop?
