This makes me want ECO more than ever. It's almost like what people seem to want RO2 to be, only not.

The Shadow Chaser one looks like he just exploded from a Looney Toons cartoon.

Both games are owned by/published by gravity so it seems to be more of a 'Jetsons meet the Flinstones' kind of crossover. I have to say, RO does pretty well by it's sprite-based designs.Doesn't this count as plagiarism of some sort?
We have a papercraft novice in the office so I'm sure these do exist out there. Take a heck of a long time to cut out and glue together though...Where can I get those really nice Origami models?

God I loved that game.It does look nice in 3D. I guess no one has ever played Tales of Symphonia because that type of graphic engine + RO would look REALLY nice

you have no idea how many people LOVE sprite base games, IF this game had higher details sprite and alot of the bugs and unblances in this game were fix and the game engine actual optimised RO would be alot more popular

Oh okay, I thought Gung-ho sounded farmiliar, but I only speak English, so fail on my part
But yea, I like my sprites over cartoony cute 3D characters

ew 3d-ish.

You'd be amazed how RO-like it does look. The game can basically be played in Isometric view or a more 3D looking view. Some maps even force Isometric viewpoints. It's not the same type of 3D you're used to.

Don't those games have 2D sprites...? I don't know the MM game, but Tactics just had sprites in a 3D environment... like RO has already.i like those looks...^_^ what if we did make it like that while still keeping the sprite theme going? there are games that have 3d sprite models (if you played megaman starforce and final fantasy tactics then you know what i mean by 3d sprites ^_^)
But yes, ECO plays very much like RO, despite the 3Dness.

The game once had an English version, but the management company for that server didn't seem like they're even all that enthusiastic about keeping the server alive and ... yeah, server gone done pretty soon. There are currently no English servers for this game.

Hell yeah! *hopes Gravity and Namco's "Tales of" studio merge so this can happen*
