These Party Scroll Boxes aren't worth much, would it be possible to implement an NPC that would allow us to turn two of them in for another shot?

I'm gonna add the same should be done for perhaps the Class C hats, namely the Taurus ones... They're utterly useless. :[

You mean Boxter? They add an npc that does exactly as you asked every lucky box events.
