Its sin skill not SR one.

Leave PA rank 1 imo, not much difference between rank 1 and max to waste so much points.

Yes you do if you dont want to run with 3 skills and be useless in melee range.

Imo put Ion Mine Skill crit xeons, but some ppl like AA SRs. You can try 0.3%/0.3% to balance it.
