Basically I am a level 92 rogue and the only place I have ever made a profit at while training was the Geffen_08 map with petites, sidewinders, and mantises. I have been unable to train anywhere else because I end up with 0 zeny after a level or so and have to beg people in town for potions, The reason I am no longer training at petite's is because they give me 0.1% exp while monsters like stappos and dark priests give me 0.5% and 0.7% respectively and ie at a similar pace... the problem is that Stappos hit me occasionally and drop NOTHING basically and Dark Priests drop a little but hit me moderately even with roughly 345 flee!!!!

So I have been completely unable to even play the game for the last 2 days because of this and I really want too ut I just end up sitting in town chatting because I only have 3,000 zeny right now... I have never really experienced this an an MMO before, actually being UNABLE to grind.

I mean I love this game and am a Paying VIP member but things just aren't working out for me right now and I don't know what to do Please help I'm begging you! Also I am on the Yggdrassil server and apparently its newer so item are most likely not as cheap as Valkyrie I believe so even the alchemist charge too much for their potions currently... anyways thanks for reading my fate is in your hands.

Hey you might want to give Hill Winds a try.

They are lvl 101 and drop 2 items at a 40% and 30% rate normally. These are worth a bit and you only need 351 Flee to have 95% dodge on them.


Harpy Feathers drop at 40% and are worth about 571z
Harpy Talons drop at 30% and are 605z
plus the occasional Blue Herb drop

If you have Gank you are going to do pretty great here as well.

The only thing is that I would NOT recommend mobbing them. Just take them on 1on1 and you should be fine. Best to either a Earth Damascuss or a weapon with a Earth Endow from a Sage.

My Sin uses DD's and the weapons he uses on these guys are a +7 Tripple Boned Gladius and a +8 Double Clamourus Double Windy Main Gauche (Med/Brute/Wind cards) as well as an Earth Endow and it just rocks.

Imo its nice with some challenge, but hey, I dont know the flee or such, but there is a ingame map with the current level of major mobs on that map.

Check it out and go give it a shot, who knows, you might find the perfect map for you even thou its not listed in any 1-99 leveling stuff.
Even if it gives 0.1% exp, it might even be better then the mobs that gives 0.5%, due to the exp/hour, how much you need to rest, and loot, or sometimes its the other way around.

Novus perhaps? dont know the flee for it, sleepers, Anacondaq maps, (think its a few hill winders there)
Roween instead of stapos?
Mole, harpys, Venomus?
Kobold even perhaps?

http://rode-r.doddlercon.com/monster/ try searching for levels or elements if you want, size, then you can sort them after level/exp/hit or whatever you want, check loot table, other mobs on the map, and give it a shot.
Sometimes its funnier to try new stuff even if the exp is a bit slower, the exploration and new things can be nice.
