Do they reply in the Tickets when its weekend or not?

i was wondering cause , i sent a ticket couple of days ago before weekend , and they are constantly replying.
but when weekend arrived. i havent got any reply .
do they take a break everyweekend or im just unlucky?

that's a response lol. Just not what you are looking for lol.
I think they gotten a lot better with tickets but there's still a lot of room for improvement.

Strange, I Usually get a response within 24 hours, Maybe they just like me
strange indeed. maybe they are bias on those who buy more kafra points.
buy many KP = high priority?

if you dont mind, what was your case? that they need more time to reply.
and have you receive any reply from them about that?

I was upgrading my +7 Moon Rabbit Hat and got disconnected during the upgrading and now it's back down to +4. And apparently they needed to review my ticket.
