So I was bored the other day and made a character on the Valk server. Today I used that character to see what kind of action is happening on Valk during woe.

So I log in , I see valk says 2914 players online, Im Like Wow nice...

I enter the game and head off to Valfreja 01 since the Elite and all mighty Valkrye guild conqured it just a minute before. Surly there must be a fight here?


WRONG... I walked all the way to the emperium on my 139hp acolyte... If I had a guild I could have broke it lol... Lame.

So I thought well only two realms are open, so maybe they are all in Nid (Juno) Having a good old royal rumble?

I head over there and again, nothing but crickets. What is the deal? How is woe so dead on a server with so many players?


This experience really made me wonder, Gravity why waste time keeping up three servers? Merge them all and get it over with...

I am in Bottom right Juno atm moment and this is all? I am just saying pretty bad turn out for 2900+ online?

The one fort that had some action, they rebuilt the stones I was behind their barricades.. ??? Only if this aco had cross server recall muwhahahaha...Posted Image

bare in mind most of that is bots, and id say what does show up to woe was comparable to the last time i woed on ymir ^^

Valk has like the same active population as ymir of real players. Just so many of them have like 5 accounts active all the time and like 1500+ bots lol

you couldnt merge all 3, ymir has sooooooooooo many god items and mvp cards compared
not to mention all the ymir players who default deviling card, and all those GTB cards /OMG

woe is so effing laggy as it is on ymir that i dont think the server could handle more players. Last woe ymir had 1024 logged in during like the middle of WOE, so some castles were pretty busy with 4-5 fairly decent sized guilds in one castle. I rarely lag during woe just cuz i normally play on a fast connection, but the last two weeks ymir has been a lagfest for me and nothing has changed on my end concerning hardwares/softwares. I would love to see how the epic woe battles pan out if there were a merge but I think they should address why so many people are freaking lagging, I know im not the only one. I live in Oregon too, so its not like im half way across the globe from where Gravity is.

class balance issues, 3rd jobs, 150 lv, kafra shop, etc etc.. makes woe not that interesting. pre-trans woe with lots of players was a lot more fun.

Another thing preventing a merge is bots sadly. If there were no bots Ymir could of been made to be exactly like the other servers with free entry. Ymir can't even have free trials because that in the past quickly became a bot funnel. As it stands they still need a "free server" option.

Actually, top-left and top-center Juno were pretty busy. One guild tried to divide and conquer the two forts my guild had and failed miserably. *cough Disso and Villains* I have to admit though, WoE2.0 has the lowest attendance compared to WoE1.0. Even then, the scene in WoE1.0 is almost just as sad, considering how there's so many empty castles out there by the end of WoE in some cases.

i want the merge to happen but i do not want god items to be broken up because of the new system that only guildleader that holds a castle can make woe1 items, since valk god items are unnamed
