I tried looking for it in sograt desert 20-22 like it said on wiki, but there's no monsters that spawned there excep mobsters. Please help

There are two separate maps for Dimensional Gorge:
moc_fild22 - contains Wounded Morroc and LOTS of Incantation of Morrocs, requires defeating a very hard quest boss: Satan Morroc, at moc_fild21
moc_fild22b - Quest map with mobsters for New World access. (Episode 13.1)

3 ways
first get a gm to summon one in PVP or juno >>
second do the quest up to which stage you go to morroc gorge find a strange rift and BOOOM he appears and kicks ur sorry ass
third, requires u to kick morrocs sorry ass back to the rift in which u can follow him to a map inwhich he spawns regularly

That is Satan Morroc and Wounded Morroc, not the incarnations. The incarnations are found on the maps which contain those mvps, and are easy as to kill
