its tradeable/vendable on ymir , but not on YGG and Valkyrie server .

Honestly, the 3 X BM should be character bound, and item wiped once a month.

My 150/50 acct has lots of 3xBMs obviously I don't need it for leveling so I was tryin to deal these to my other lower level acct, I am in Valk Server and theres no1 vending nor others cant trade it too.

What is "BAD" in correcting such things in-game since it says in the item description "CAN BE TRADED, STORED, VENDED"? /swt

its cause your on valk. come to a real server then you can use them on whatever char you want
