While I be playing sometimes in the chat box it says, Someone is advertising a party. How do I find how who that someone is and how would i get information about the party?

Alt+v, there's a transparent menu there. Click on booking, and click search to see who is looking for a group. To search for a party yourrself, hit invite, and I think you enter in what you are looking for. It's not quite clear on if you enter what you are, or what you are looking for

Click on the Booking tab and there will be a button that says Search and you can PM the person right from that screen

If you've got the "Basic Info" section of the game interface expanded (hit Alt+V if you haven't), you'll see a button labelled "booking". Click that and then the "search" button on the "Party booking list" that pops up. You'll see it then.
