Yes you can. WHICH makes me wonder why mobs still drop yellow stuff...

Which NPC sells it? I thought I checked the ones near storage/etc. at the Oasis Shrine.

Even me.. I don't know where was the NPC that sells yellow 200 set. I think they were referring in MURIS (unsure)
