Go Swordman there's alot of options and thief classes are good at low levels but they get weaker higher level unless you're well geared imo.

Swordsman generally does better in PvM from pretrans to 3rd. Gravity has never been very good at ballancing damage output to survivability.

Go make a Chaser :)

Why? they only need to spend around 50 whites an hour when geared correctly for pvm, and are extremely useful in WoE.

You forgot to mention that those "correct" gears costs together +80m right now. That is Rideword Hat 40-50m(+0)-99m(+7) and 4x Hunter Fly Main Gauche, each hunter fly card crashing the market at 9-15m atm~ Unless you hunt them yourself, which is what I am trying to do, botless.

(If any GM is reading this, please clean out the bots at Magmarings and Geffen dungeon 1.)

Player versus environment, or PvE, is a term used in online games, particularly MMORPGs, CORPGs, MUDs, and other online role-playing video games, to refer to fighting computer-controlled enemies[1]â??in contrast to PvP (player versus player).

Usually a PvE mode can be played either alone, with human companions or with AI companions. The PvE mode may contain a storyline that is narrated as the player progresses through missions. It may also contain missions that may be done in any order. For example, Guild Wars narrates its story by displaying in-game cut scenes and dialogue with non-player characters (NPCs). To enhance replayability, missions can often be completed many times. Characters playing in this mode are often protected against being killed by other players and/or having their possessions stolen. An example of a game where this is not the case is Eve Online, where players can be, and often are, ambushed by other human players player versus player while attempting to complete a PvE mission.

at some point people started calling PvM PvE instead. Dont know why since in 99.9% of cases its not the enviroment that attacks you, its monsters. Maybe it was a marketing buzzword for a particular game a while ago.

Best all round class for both PvE and PvP would be a hybrid build rune knight. Capable handling monsters, mvps and other players effectively.

Play a Sura.

You get AoE killing abilites, single target killing abilities, both ranged and melee attacks, AoE disable abilities, and instant teleport to anywhere on screen (if you ever seen Diablo II, think "Leap").

No other class even compares.
