Is there anyone doing the 120-150 Turn-in Event?
I don't think that is a successful leveling event.

I had to pass through there whilst helping someone do Veins Sibling Quest. I expected there to be lots of parties but I saw noone. In the end we decided to just go do the Magma entrance quest way for the rescue because with double spawn + noone around controlling the spawn it was more deadly than when I had done the quest before last maint.
P.S. My highest character is 114 so no good for me.
