I think it would be very neat if you added a kafra shop item that allowed you to repair broken items instead of having to go all the way back to town to repair. Some kind of mobile repairman, you could charge the same amount of zeny or a use of the blacksmiths repair skill, which would cost a steel.

The other thing is less an idea and more a complaint that I'm sure you here a lot here. The haircut ticket shouldn't cost reagents. The fact that I have to pay (albeit not that much) for a ticket then get all the reagents is annoying as hell. Please remove the reagent requirement when you make people pay for hair changes.
