Just returning after years of not playing. I think I remember there was a way to increase the distance you could scroll out? Using the scroll button on mouse I scroll out to the max amount yet still can not see much, tend to walk into mob agro range before I can see the mob.

Can anyone tell me how to increase the amount I can scroll out from my toon?

Hold down ctrl and the right mouse button and move forward to zoom, backwards to zoom out. You can also tilt with the shift and the right mouse, or do a combination of both with ctrl-shift right mouse button.

Just another note, viewing range is limited no matter how far you can scroll out. TKMs are able to scroll out much farther than other characters, and while they can see more lay-of-the-map, monsters do not appear until they're within standard range.

There are some 'ways' to replicate the TKM scrolling, but there's really no point in doing it unless you are able to get the monsters to appear beyond the 12 or so cells from your char.
