Can you try to use "Ultimate Pay" and see if the same issue is had.
A dirty little secret.. but heck you're worth it: We have many ways of using Credit Card.
Credit Card
Paypal
Ultimate Pay
and some of the mobile phone options have a credit card option there just for fun.
I have sent an email to our billing department about your case specifically, they should be sending an email to you tomorrow. I am sorry that I just don't know how to make your situation resolve quickly without them.
