Dear everybody, I have been trying to do research before I come and post this questions and I hope the experts here can give me a clear answer for this.
Will skills ever miss? I heard that somehow skills will not miss, instead, the dmg done by the skills will become half. Is this true? What's the point of having high dodge rate if skills don't miss then?

There are two types of offensive skills: Relaible skills and non relaiable skills.
Non reliabale skills will not deal any damage when they miss.
Reliable skills will do 50% damage when they miss.
And you answered your own question yourself, dodge rate won't make you invincible but you will take less damage when reliable skills miss on you.
