The first AoE would put all of us into Mental Strength.

As we slowly crawled away for our lives in pain the second AoE would sweep most of us away.

Briefly the thought of doing WPS points, but that ultimately leads to the same issue with only 1 prize being shared by 7 people.

The idea of going +12 or something is possible
Giving novelty headgear is likely a prize we would give at the end of the tournament anyway.

KVM badges are possible as well.

The reward shouldn't be more than the leveling rewards.

+11 would be fine. The effort put into competing in USRC is very minimal and shouldn't have over the top rewards.
Everyone on the team getting this would be more than enough since they also win a trip to represent iRO.

+15 is way overboard. It requires little effort to do USRC.

Give them a +12-14 kvm weapon of their choice on one of their wp registered accounts. That way there is no trading it away or selling it.
