Hi All,

I have been reading through the forums and I see some different info about DEX and CON, so I kinda need some clarification plz...

1) In regards to DEX, I see some of the threads say that Dex = .35AP, but some say Dex = .25AP.... just want to know which one is the most updated?

2) In regards to CON, some of the build say that CON = current lvl, which means by lvl 220, you should have 220 CON... however for some builds, at lvl 220, their CON is only at 180... is 180 CON enough at lvl 220?

I beleive dex is .35 ap for soldier weapons (before passives) but I'm not entirely sure. There is no 'perfect' build (stat builds are overrated because they don't influence your total stats very much anyway), just add as much con as you see fit, the whole con = level is just a rough guideline to follow if you aren't sure.

the reason I ask for the DEX AP is coz i was thinking of making a build with STR 400 CON 220 DEX whatever left OR STR 350 CON 220 DEX whatever left... I did a calculation... if DEX = .25AP, then I get higher AP with STR 400, however if DEX=.35AP, then I get higher AP with STR 350....

Dex is .35.. I think the best build for highest AP is 375 str and rest in dex. Con isn't really needed much unless you're going to do a lot of pvping.

really?? CON is not needed? but I miss alot already.... lol... even at PVM....

u need roughly 250 con to hit good on people in pvp
especially raiders
u need id say like enough str to hold your wepon
and rest into dex
