I don't know if this was mentioned yet or suggested, and I don't know if this is "within the realm of power" Heim & the other GM's hold, but I was wondering could we get some financial deals for this game?

As an veteran player with multiple accounts, I'm extremely interested in the VIP package. Unfortunately, because I have character A.D.D, I tend to make alot of characters and level them randomly. I'm sure I'm not the only one with multiple accounts, or character A.D.D, but just incase I am... the reason why I brought up this suggestion is because:

1. As a old-player who is used to being able to warp wherever I want via Kafra in any town, this change was pretty frustrating -- to know that I had to be a VIP member to be able to use Kafra, when before, I was so used to being able to warp anywhere I wanted to.

2. Since I level tons and tons of characters, it'd be nice to use the VIP system while leveling -- I realize not required, but I'd like to use it!

Is it possible for us to do some kind of subscription deal? Since we can tie our RO accounts to our warp portal accounts, and since we do payment through Warp-portal (is this true?), is it possible to pay for, say 2-3 VIP subscriptions and get the next one free? Or have an option to pay for all of our accounts for VIP for a discounted price? (We'd pay in bulk, but for a cheaper price?!)

For me I think it would be a benefit -- but of course since it sounds so nice in my head, I guess I'd like to receive feedback on it o_o; or perhaps giving some thought? I suppose this is probably a bad suggestion but, I gave it a shot .

Really? I wouldn't think so. I think it would encourage players / multiple account users to pay for VIP for their multiple accounts.

the problem is that people could/would start linking accounts together via warpportal to get the discount. (i.e. 3 friends each one account, put them all on one warpportal account for the discount)

How is that a bad thing? And, how would that work for existing multiple-account users?

Also thinking, I don't see how that's a problem. VIP costs $, why would it be un-benefical?

Do you mean by creating new accounts? I don't know if you could un-link your account and tie it to another e-mail address.

Considering it used to cost... I think it was $12 just to play, the current vip cost seems fine to me.

We are always grinding our thinking gears to make things more accessible or exceptional for our players. I'm not sure about a WP wide VIP system, as that would involve alot of systems that don't even begin to exist in billing or RO (meaning it would take A LONGGGG TIME). But some ideas like long term players or players that purchase x points or something may get some sort of extra benefit are things that are not only possible but stuff we seek to do.

Business wise we want you to feel the value you are getting from your game play time and dollars is such a great value that you never think of leaving us except to take care of school and work and then come back. We aren't quite there yet, but it is our big goal.

Maybe you could do something like for every 30 days of vip you buy you get a bonus of x hours added onto it which stacks. So that the more vip you buy the more hours get added onto it.

Ihat's not completely true, the system she's mentioning about implementing already exists, but it would probably require some tweaking.

I might have interpreted what she's saying wrong, but here's what she's wanting:

system 1

Since WPE is already tied to your WP Account (which has up to 3 accounts tied to it), purchasing VIP multiple times on the same WP account (lets say, 3 times on account 1) would let you recieve a VIP "Gift" - similar to the handout lately - across all the RO accounts on that account, based on the VIP subscriptions you bought. This could also be added to work with purchasing VIP on multiple accounts tied to the WP Account (i.e reciving a gift across all accounts for purchasing on accounts 1, 2 and 3).

system 2

Again, since WPE is tied to your WP Account, you could have an option to power up all your RO accounts to VIP Status at the same time - with shorter durations, but an equally fair price. A system like that shouldn't be too difficult since the billing already has different settings based on what game you're paying on (when comparing with ROSE and RO, it seemed completely different, at least), it would just require some sort of check to see:

Total number of RO game accounts tied to that WP account so that:

• A "sharing" VIP package could be presented based on the number of accounts present (minimum of 2, maximum of 3).

And if an account is currently on VIP status so that:

• People can only use one form of VIP at a time to prevent billing confusion when it comes to support.
• Prevention of people abusing this "sharing" system to supply VIP through accounts at discounted rates who also purchase individually.
• So that when it comes to renewing VIP, you can be offered this "sharing" package again, or use an individual account.

This is all I have on the top of my head, I could probably put an image here later displaying a table with price comparisons and overall value between the two to help show how shared VIP for people in this situation (or possibly a group of friends sharing a WP account) do not abuse the system to get better deals overall than individual account upgrading but is desirable enough so that you are still getting good value for the system.
