The team is currently reviewing all users who qualified for the 100 free Item Mall points and will be distributing the points within a few hours. I'll keep everyone updated in this thread when the points have been given out, so you can check your account to confirm.

What about the issue with disconnections every time we open the Item Mall?

And about that patch bugged Union Bonus Skill Reward... :P ( 100 free IM pts but 300 pts lost because of the skill ) :(

All's good, I just inquired due to the fact no post was relayed to the topic in the Bug/Issues Forum.

I have bound my account to my warp portal account, but when I looked at purchasing points, I saw that I still have 0 points.
Have I done something wrong or does it still take some time to get your points?

Or is the fact that I got the disconnect window as soon as the IM opened stopping my client from seing them??

Did you bind your ROSE account to your WarpPortal Account AND Login to the Game between April 27th and May 5th? If so, PM me your ROSE Account ID that you believe qualified for this promotion and I will check into it for you. Also, see my reply below to LordAlbion in case this is the situation for you as well.

I would suggest that you wait until the Item Mall disconnection issues have been resolved before checking to see if you've received the 100 Points. As stated above to painser, if you're curious if you qualified for the promotion send me a PM with your ROSE account ID and I will verify if you were.
