First time you buy points? First time its just a fake transaction were gravity checks yer credit basically, next time you buy the points will be added fairly fast, a min or almost directly.

first time buying, just buy again. if you have bought points before ( in the warrpportal system) then send a ticket to support.warpportal.com asking what happened to your points

you could always send a ticket to verify whether this transaction happened, or perhaps try to look up the money account you used and see if the money has been taken from it
