Problem with the ticket review?

I submit a ticket a week ago then TWO DAYS AGO I got

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. A supervisor is STILL REVIEW your account's current situation. We kindly ask for your patience, and rest assured that we will inform you on the status of your account as soon as possible.

I have not got any response since then

This mean the supervisor has been reviewing my ticket for more than fifteen business hours and he still could not figure it out!!
Or do they have to call a company conference just for reviewing my ticket (and that why it take many hour)? That's weird isn't it?

It usually means that your issue is something that a regular employee can't handle.
There's usually a waiting list for one of the high ups like Heim to review it. If you don't think it has been handled properly, your best bet is to PM Corvus here on the forums, he's the customer service manager and is always willing to help.
