Hey, I just started RO and I hunted down any monster I could find to reach base level 11 and job level 10, so in theory I should be able to change classes (at least according to what the game says) but the archer guildsman keeps telling me that I don't meet level requirements. He says that both base and job levels need to be up to at least 10 each so I have no clue what the problem is. If anyone has any helpful answers then I would be most thankful.

There are currently some bugs in the training grounds, this is one of them. Usually it works going to 11/10 tho. I guess your only option is to just talk to another NPC (I believe the Eden Group officer lets you warp? Or maybe another class NPC, just make sure you don't accideentally change into something else) and then get to payon/archer village yourself. This may sound like alot of trouble, but waiting for a fix is even more so.

Once you are Job Level 10, head to the Archer Guild (pay_arche 145, 164) in the Archer Village north of Payon and talk to the Archer Guildsman (payon_in02 64, 71).
