Yeah It does. I used to play around in off topic. Someone posted a very disturbing link to a cat being tourtured and killed and took 4 days during the week for mods to lock it. That combined with other things caused me to demand my forums account to be removed. It was obsurd for something that sick to take soo long to be removed. I had to PM 4 mods b4 it was removed. So I gotta build my post count back up.
