In my opinion it is bad courtesy if you are only using it on people you dislike, especialy when you actually following them around.

its a skill which is ingame, its legal for you to use it and dont let anyone tell you, you cant

now spamming debuffs on someone just to bully them is being an ass, spamming it in UW is being an ass. ive used debuff skill in pvp and most people wont cry, but dont spam the same person over and over and dont rely on only debuffing them in pvp. its considered bad sport to debuff people in TG while pvping, same as its seen as crappy to use food when doing a 1 vs 1, using it on campers in uw ( what i do lol ) you will just get alot of laughs, maybe they will back off lol

if you show you attack normally as well and want a nice fight no will will argue, you use the skill on the one guy in pvp that just wont let up and is really strong ^^

in 1on1 its useless against nearly all classes except knight(because of mdef buff)...
in wars do what u want...
i dont use it in a 1v1...

Depends which debuff...From my understanding the staff Debuff is ok..that chances of it hitting are pretty slim so if it lands in a pvp, the game hates the other guy lol..Anti magic shell should only be used on guys you dont like and is usually considered a douche move in a pvp

I would have no problem with them removing it, but if people wanna use it now ....

Fierce Cudgeling is the staff version, at 20% if you get debuffed by that its just bad luck for you.

Debuff can help when you have people on Easter Eggs and whatnot.
