How many hours did you devote to the event? How many days? How many clients? How much camping time? How much running time?


Pre-update, it did not really matter how many other people participated in the event since there were multiple spawns at each location - when and if they spawned. For the most part, people left eggs there for others to kill and even shouted out locations of egg spawns. People were very helpful overall, even though most were frustrated with the event as a whole.


After the update, the event did get harder as only one egg spawned at a time and at a random location, but the order of egg color acquisition was not set in stone. If a map was crowded, go to another map and get that egg first and come back to it. That's how I did it. It took a whole lot longer and more running to get the eggs, but you could still do it. It hurt a lot more when someone beat you to an egg, cause it took that much longer to find the next one, but it was doable.


Blaming other players for your lack of finishing the quest makes no sense. Blaming the developers and the "extension" time of the event may be more justified, but blaming other players is not.
