The only reason I don't publicly post it is because I don't want troll adds from virus people.
Its also not productive for me to have 40+ different PMs every day as each takes away from the actual game production stuff. So usually if players are abusing it I remove them from MSN (not had to do that much). Most people that are "regulars" usually say something once a week or so just saying hi or to deliver a message of something that is troubling them. Most of it is the same stuff here on the forum, so it isn't like it is a direct link to "satisfaction" as some of you think.

I have hundreds on my work MSN. USRC winning teams, guild leaders, mods, people that have issues that I can't resolve through forum PM tennis.

Do you want to be a direct link to my satisfaction?

ITT people from irowiki who find anyway to exploit.
I spend no less than an hour or 2 trying ridiculous stuff every time a boxter/raffler/etc is added in to see if there are any loopholes. It's fun!

Most managers or higher-ups have the weekends off.
However he should also be on call if things happen and he is needed, for example if Oda screws something up, or the support ticket team that is working weekend does something they're not supposed to.
It's just like any other online hosting company that has a ongoing online service, they have customers they need to satisfy and take care of, almost all the time.
My guess is that, with the small population they have, making a good amount on the various cash options.. several games they host.. They have;
One Main team for each game.
Think Heim+Oda, Holden+Corvus etc.
A dedicated team that manages minor support tickets for all games, forwarding the needed to the higher-ups as fit.
A dedicated IT team, that would be the ones in charge of network maintenance, payment servers and things that go under "hardware" as well as working with the main teams when the servers have maintenance.
During meetings, which occur most likely on mondays; they will gather the higher ups and discuss progress for the past week, notes for the current week and the next weeks, as well as brief future.
Because it's a business with multiple games with a fair amount of users, you can most likely apply as a part time worker there as a support ticket intern, working shift.
That's what I think it is~

We read and respond to people on the forums and I have been fortunate enough to talk to a lot of users face to face in the game/facebook and I can say that there are many ways for players to let their concerns and hopes be known. MSN is a very narrow method of communication, but not optimal in many situations.
Also, it's harder to troll people over MSN.

I always fall for the "Want to see my boobs?" and then she links me a picture of one of her guildies or something.

Forums PMs really work a lot better, it allows us to reply to you guys in the order we get contacted, and keep track of conversations better.
