Ok so i went to get a sex change for my alt account no big deal right? i pay for it send in my ticket get a e-mail back saying they are done, ok no problem log on nothing has changed. I am thinking ok i will send a ticket in get it finish i send in one more ticket seek later i get my sex change they changed the wrong account. I mean how hard is it to read a e-mail they asked me for my account name highest char and all that stuff and they still sex changed the wrong account?
