robo eye is crap post-renewal, use anything else. 2% of 180 damage weap is only +3 damage. chick hat equates to 10% more damage over time, mini prop can potentially give just enough flee to use a few dozen less pots per level with agressive leveling but likely much less than a 10% difference i suspect. theres calcs for this, cant be bothered to look atm. i prefer to put damage over defence myself.
But is it worth using chick hat on a rogue? that uses daggers. No real point I don't think. but for any other class that lacks double attack. It'd be good.

propeller would be the best choice of the two for a dagger rogue (assuming you're a noob and can't afford things that cost millions, but have some irl cash)
robo eye is still not a bad headgear, because even if it were 'nerfed' with renewal, it's still one of the best gears for the slot, and is especially versatile, as any char can make use of it.

chick hat is useless for a dagger rogue, it would be useful for a bow rogue though, as it will use the highest level of double attack known by the character, regardless of their weapon.

I just started and someone was nice enough to drop 2 mil on me but thats just about gone, and making money has been going slow especally when I cry at the prices of decent stuff. I am after a Creamy Card, Vitata Card, 2 slotted accessories (don't really care what they are) those alone just for the cards is about 10 mil nevermind what slotted accessories go for.. you think they'd up card drop rate or something, seems only the botters ever actually find any. I play on valk, but I am sure the card prices on the vip server (That I could go into but too late now spent to much time in valk) are probally higher due to far less people that can possibly find them. Bots honestly bring prices of items down well common items anyway like cards and such.

A Creamy Card in a Clip [1] is worth about the same thing as a Creamy Card. A Creamy Card in a Belt [1] is worth about half that.
But that being said, if you have a card that's strictly for personal use, or not worth investing a lot of your new-player-funds in, a belt can be a good way to allow you to use it, as long as you don't intend to resell it later or use the card when you're richer and higher level.
Something like a Tarou Card, or a Kukre Card, or Spring Rabbit Card or something are all pretty fair game for belts for a new player, but things like Creamy and Vitata should go in clips.
