Dude, there is no partuda.genfs in the root where TROSE.exe is located T_T please send me the Partuda.genfs... pls lucis email:seasores@yahoo.com ty ty ty T_T

Partuda.genfs will be located in the root folder once it's been downloaded by the launcher. If it's not there in the root folder, you haven't downloaded it yet, and thus you need to follow the installation steps correctly.

--I believe it to be a genfs issue:

When i enable the genfs plugin via genpatch / official launcher, the game is unable to load (display the Gravity screen). It just remains as an empty window. and the task manager says the program is not using CPU.

--I wanted to use that new UI so I enabled GenFS and let it update (along with Partuda) but now I can't seem to get to the log-in screen. The Rose window is just stuck there without using CPU.

I have tried running with only GenFS enabled, still the same. I can play without GenFS though. Oh, and i'm on windowed mode with custom resolution.

You could try running the game with Administrative privileges, or add TRose.exe to the DEP exception list.

it worked!! Only the gui only i find it a lot more dced well at least for me.. But it was awesome and i got more free space to move (if you know what i am saying).

@gnasty: Just to suggest.. about the HP/MP bar.. if only you can give an option (i don't know if you can do that) to put it as the original format sitting on upper-left corner) cause it helps when i play dual-client in my 14' laptop(to monitor my hp/mp whilst im with other client)

Is there a possebility that the chat window, the map and skillbar are made smaller when running rose in window mode on 800x600. it seems that everything stays the same size as in fullscreen mode =[

i've always had this strange problem where if i have GEN FS enabled, it loads up a window screen but nothing ever happens.and this is on XP

I have the same problems as VUU. But I am running with Windows 7 and it says after trying to update Gen FS that the client is not responding and it shuts down the client. Can someone tell me how to prevent this?

Extra addition to former post. I also can't deinstall Gen FS as told in the forum. I had to deinstall Rose completly.

GenFS can't be uninstalled as it is now a standard component of the now - official GenPatch (as of last week). However, it can be disabled by unchecking the "enable" button (for GenFS) at the plugin tab of the launcher settings.

ermm... i guess i spoke too soon? it worked this morning then i came back home from work, and it's not working again.. and i'm having same problem as before with genpatch enabled and it not working. weirrrd :>

GenFS can't be uninstalled as it is now a standard component of the now - official GenPatch (as of last week). However, it can be disabled by unchecking the "enable" button (for GenFS) at the plugin tab of the launcher settings.

Uninstalling is possible but must be done manually due to one of the standard files being overwritten in order for GenFS to work:

A. To uninstall GenFS, you will have to delete the files GenesisVFS.dll and IJL15.dll from your ROSE Online folder and redownload the original IJL15.dll file which is available here.

I just have the GenFs [version 7] and the newest Partuda [Alpha 2]

Anyway, when I am loading ROSE, the game get the splash loading screen, the custom one, not Gravity logo. Then the game crashes.
