Haha, at least we can be glad that they actually do read. It's just that we have to wait for any action to be taken. Not that discouraging though.

Our user numbers are not declining. In fact they are increasing.

In comparison to when? When was the lastest low / trough?

Instead of having a negative outlook, if people could change their focus to actually bringing in their friends and family
