What does ETA means? Because I only know the terrorist group with that name...
Estimated time of arrival. It's often used to ask how long something will take.
Seriouspost it depends on what your ticket is about. If you're reporting a bot or something you'll get a response within a couple of days. If you're asking for a god item name change it usually takes 2-3 months or longer. If you're asking for clarification on mechanics or a change of game mechanics, probably a year until it is resolved.

Things in the ticket queue have been significantly sped up. Usually you'll get a response within 24 hours of reporting a bot, and 2-3 days for anything else. Depending on the important (for example, a major bug) PMing Heim or Oda the ticket number might be a good idea and it can then be resolved within a matter of hours.

Or when they figure out what's wrong with their own mechanics.
