Someone told me third classes can't do the fourth seal quest. Is this true?

I keep talking to the first little girl, but she won't tell me where the dwarves are as a Sorceror. I'm really struggling, I've never done this before, so I don't know why it won't work.

I just tried it with my level 80 LK, and she won't work either. What's going on? Am I bugged?

it worked on my sura and RG but not my RK

I'm sorry to hear that, you too, huh. I don't have any other characters above level 80. I'm pretty frustrated, I'm looking for that level 4 weapon.

Gotta be in a party to get the sister to talk. Started and finished it on a genetic on Ymir just half an hour ago.

Valk seem to have a different issue all together for it. The party thing worked for Ymir.

It seems there is a big problem with the quests at valk, mother's day quest and some eden quests also not work.
