the game keeps spamming advertisement about free item mall points for watching videos or doing surveys, but it doesn't tell you where or how to get them
just go to the item mall
since im pretty new to this game their item mall is nothing but a blur

Would anyone be so kind as to tell me where I might find the videos or surveys they speak of.
Or politely redirect me to a thread that goes over this aspect and JUST this aspect?

What they DIDN'T tell you is that either the system is broken, they're screwing us over or their partners are screwing them over.

Many of them don't give the rewards even after all requirements have been met to perfection.

Support is quite slow and often a waste of time.

thats not ture at all i get points everytime i do an offer/video

you may have your computer set to not allow certain cookies that the problem i had along time ago

yeah the free points thing works. I got 4500 WPs in 2 days. I did sign up for Netflix but I was planning on doing that anyway.

It's better to do it if you have an Anti-Virus / ReRouter so that you're personal information isn't stolen and you don't get any kind of viruses.

hey ... i've been playing for months and never had any free offers ... the video tap always got 2 offers , one for 100 WP and another one for 20 WP , the surverys tap ALWAYS empty , and "earn WP " have been only 4-5 surveys , each gives 5-10 WP ,, all i got for months of playing from these offers was just 120 WP , while some ppl telling they get thousends every week ... dont think the probelm with my account ,, my brothers account also dosnt have any offers too ,,, tried this solution :http://forums.warpportal.com/index.php?/topic/14779-unable-to-access-power-up/ but didnt work ( also got suspended for useing that broxy lol ) .. any help will be really appreciated , ty ( and sry for my bad english )

Many of the offers are only available in North America, particularly the US, and that's why you and your brother won't be seeing the same volume of stuff. Very little you can do to if you live elsewhere.

What is the process for alerting WP about offers that did not give me points? I've filled out maybe 10 surveys and watched a video and only received points from 2 of them.

Less then half the offers work anyways. I have a huge list of offers that are "waiting to report" that i did three days ago.

i got 15 points woohoo now i can buy nothing, maybe hairdye at best
i was using ff5 with adblocker and the install was registered

then others didnt go through so i switched to chrome.
I mean i registered installed the data and thats all they required and i still got no points so whoopdee.


I just want some shop scrolls so i dont have to troll on my other chars just to make some gold.
Sept is back and so are fun things like gradeschool, college, university and work.

hope this aspect gets improved but im not holding out hope

Item Mall Points can be obtained free of purchase through the survey section of the payment page. It is strongly encouraged you take advantage of these offers as we are approaching New Origin's release and with its release we will see an influx of activity. If you truly want to have the most fun experience during this new chunk of content, why not start off with some extra exp potions? Especially if you have some time to kill while waiting for its release tomorrow night.

Also keep in mind that Player Appreciation Month is still ongoing. Who doesn't want to deck out their Dragonkin Summoner or Fighter?

I think we should have a different 3rd party sponsor to earn IM, or maybe a different way of earning IM and actually getting the IM. I've done so many offers and the next day I wake up, I only have a few there.
