I was able to do only the third one last week and I'm concerned about the mechanics of this chain.

Is there any NPC that
1) Shows the current amount of players done the quests?
2) Which Seal is Open at the moment?

When does the rotation start again? Does it reset every maintenance, or when all 4 seals have been done 100/100?
I'd like to know an effective way to track the quest :3

It restarts when a god item has been created which is usually a few seconds after all the seals are released (100/100).

No one answered if it resets every maintenance and the wiki doesn't tell you that there is no way to see exactly how many people have done each quest. These are the official forums, you're allowed to ask questions

The OP obviously read the wiki, seeing as she linked it.
