I just spent 200m making a +9 berserk guitar. It only gives 190 aspd, should be 193. This is a bug, and it must be fixed.

Nop... Berserk guitar gives 193 ASPD...
I havent tried it yet if it gives 190 now (coz im at work), but it gives me 193 ASPD last WoE

Try it on a 99 maestro, it'll give you 190. Actually read what I typed.

Many minstrels don't have attack stats. They can miss on targets with high hard/status def due to low damage. The dex reduction isn't a big deal since harmonize will replace it with bonus stats.

193 aspd is pretty good hit lock (when the hits actually connect).

You only will have 193 when being maestro. A bard or ministrel cannot have more than 190 aspd, you know? xD

Question has been answered, and now it's just people trashtalking the OP, so i'm going to close this.

Once you hit maestro and hit level 100, you'll get the 193 aspd.
