do you get full xp if you are like lv 1? or is there a cap? i should be transing one of my chars soon and was wondering if i can get full xp.
If not what is the minimum level to get the full xp?

Im pretty sure theres a cap.

There always has been.

Seal quests too if you hvent done so then u can turn in ur MDQ around lvl 30.

You can't get two full levels; that's the cap. You'll most likely get a level, and stop at like.. 9x%. Not sure when you start to get full experience, but I imagine it is around whenever you stop leveling like crazy doing it.
