Hi, I logged in today for the first time in about a week and noticed that two of my characters aren't showing up! I had an archer and a mage, but the only one that is showing is the most recently created acolyte. I don't know what else to add to help... except that my RO username is . Please help I loved my mage especially

Posting your username in the forum had expose your account of the possibility of ITS to be hacked in the future and seeing that you had post ur account name more than 50 minute i advise you to change Ur username~ it had been expose to the public...

Register You self and Make a support ticket here under the Department ~Account related Issues and tell them u need to change your account user name

Regarding to Your missing character it best to send them another support ticket so they can check your account to solve ur problem

Someone (could be mom, dad, gf, bf, or someone who hates you) deleted your account without your approval. You should submit a ticket as Dukeares has said.
