Yeah, I'm still waiting on re-provision of the May Boxes I lost, as they continue to devalue... It's been four day since, and the week's drawing to a close. Efficiency would've been nice, I'd rather have the KP back at this point.

You should just pm Oda your ticket number and ask him to take a look at them. Hes the only one that actually read them anyways.

I wish there was a system where we can forward our tickets to our favorite customer service person. I mean there are some that do their job right and then theres others that give you a response that makes no sense at all.

The may lucky box restoration process is unfortunately a bit more complex as we have to verify that you bought the boxes, check to see which ones were opened and verify versus your inventory. This can especially be tough with people who bought multiple crates before and after the late night maint that happened.

It helps the gms working on your case if you give info on when you purchased the boxes, and how many boxes you are reporting lost.

I really hate inconveniencing people that we already know are giving us money (we
certainly don't want to discourage you guys from using the kafra mall system) so I sincerely apologize for the delay and thank you all for being patient.

Oda, I appreciate your post, I'm just a little upset because Boxter's closing in fast and I'm panicking a little about the value of my investment. Haven't bought any boxes since. Thanks.

I think a good thing would be to extend new stuff to come out two weeks apart.

It gives the gm's more time for tickets and we don't have 200+ new tickets each weekly maintenance with something that got bugged and people want their stuff back.
Reduces strain on your guys, you know. Gm's need love too.

Umm scuba, so what is the answer to number 4 and 6?

The item itself is on Ymir isn't it? So you never lost it, or are you saying the GM team deleted it during transfer?

The item is on Ymir, I wasn't allowed to transfer etc items (but i could keep The Sign, which is also a quest reward)
The character is now on Valkyrie. The time and date is whenever my server transfer went through, the best i can offer is the timestamps provided on the screenshot. I sent the ticket immediately after the character transfer went through with hopes of getting exception to that one 'etc' class item. I didn't risk the item becoming lost by keeping it in my 'etc' item tab.

It is in your Terms of Agreement That "III. No cards or other etc. type items can be transferred. The exception to this is Kafra Shop items. " I provided a screenshot to prove I had the item I claimed to want transferred. The item is not lost it is in my storage on Ymir. The item was intended to transfer to Valkyrie but I did not want to cause any complications. Since it was a quest item rewarded to the character transferred it should follow me to the correct server.

Is it possible to just get the KP refunded for the Box Pack I opened? I only got to open one box before the others merged, and I haven't opened the merged one.

I don't even want the Lucky Boxes at this point, it's been almost a full week. Can I just get the KP back minus whatever one box is worth (300 KP) so 900 KP total?
