If you want zeny fast and want to spend dollars on it, buy something in the kafra shop and vend it. Popular choices I would think would be the new Gym Pass Box, or even the HD ore boxes. Of course there are perineal favorites too like battle manuals and stuff from the Lucky Boxes.

If they didn't want people selling Kafra shop points for zeny, they wouldn't have made them trade-able to begin with. They did not make them trade-able so there was a way for everyone to get them. They made them trade-able because they know people who want to get "rich quick" will buy KP just to sell them for zeny.

So you want to play the game for free and not have gravity make any money? Do you go to stores and ask for free stuff? How exactly do you expect them to run a business?

Seriously though, the companies that sell Zeny are scummy as all get out and are not above hacking accounts to get zeny to sell when we hit thier botrings so if you don't like getting hacked or seeing bots, don't buy zeny.

One thing I've been wondering (and even asked a few times, specifically on reset stones)
Why is most of the kafra shop stuff not tradeable/vendable?
If some of it is, then clearly there's nothing wrong with it.
So what's the deal?

Do you fear people would buy less KP? From what logic?
Wouldn't people buy more KP if they could trade/give2friends/vend any of the stuff that can be bought?

When I played on aRO (a young official server) a year ago, everything form the Kabra Shop (kafra means something awful there apparently) was and still is tradeable/vendable.

Also you wouldn't have to transfer stuff that ppl bought on wrong accounts because of misinformation in descriptions and that crap.

And the Lucky boxes don't? It's quite the same. One could give virtual money and the other one could give virtual items.

And with the raffle they are not increasing their wallets, their main concern.

I am assuming you mean you would pay a certain amount of money for zeny if provided by Gravity?


No what would happen? hyperinflation. Where zeny would have no value other then too just buy npc stuff. The only form of real currencies between other players would be items that are rare. So instead of 'B> Pharaoh for 3 bil', it would be 'B>Pharaoph card for 3 Deviling cards or 30 +7 D armors etc etc"

Then everyone who isn't rich would struggle.

They've put most of the stuffs that people may want to trade around into box form when you buy them off the Kafra Shop. Only a selected few items requires you to buy it on the account you want (mostly the rental stuffs/event hats). You can trade the items in their box form without any problem.

Except the Red Wing Hat. I will never understand why the box version is account bound while the actual hat can be traded all you want.

But still, why do they bother figuring out what people may want to buy from others?
And if they do, why would Reset Stone Boxes be untradeable except when bought via playspan? And is it me, or would you expect the stuff like marriage items and cloth dyes to be tradeable then?

iro is half responsible for people getting scammed by not totally solving the zeny spammer problem.
